Ground flare system

Fully enclosed ground flare system

The Totally Enclosed Ground Flare (TEGF) is designed to safely burn various exhaust gases, minimizing its impact on the surrounding environment. Since combustion takes place entirely within a combustion chamber lined with refractory materials, this device offers several advantages, including complete smokelessness, low noise, high burnout efficiency, and no direct thermal radiation.

TEGF does not consist of a single Flare Tip, but is composed of multiple Flare Tips located at the bottom of the unit. The ground flare system supplies sufficient combustion air to the combustion chamber by means of natural ventilation, and achieves full smokeless operation by controlling the operating temperature of the combustion chamber.

Advantages of fully enclosed ground flares:

• Reduce the impact on the environment in terms of noise, visible light, and thermal radiation, and minimize the damage to the surrounding environment

• The grading system exhibits excellent start-stop performance and operational flexibility

• Modular design can shorten the construction period and reduce on-site construction costs

• Most maintenance projects can be carried out without shutting down the flare system, thereby extending the operational cycle of upstream units and maximizing production output

• 100% smoke-free, reducing operational energy consumption and minimizing operating costs

• There is no direct heat radiation outside the combustion chamber

• Reduce emissions of VOCs and particulate matter

• Only a very small amount of steam or air is required to achieve smokeless emissions

Open multi-point ground flare system

– A smokeless torch with ultra-high processing capacity

The Multi-Point Ground Flare System (MPGF) boasts the largest smokeless processing capacity among all currently available flare systems. This multi-point ground flare employs a hierarchical technology that automatically matches the exhaust gas flow rate with the number of burners in use. By distributing the exhaust gas flow to multiple points

Among the hundred independent high-pressure flare tips, each one can have sufficient air for combustion without producing black smoke.

Advantages of open multi-point ground flare system:

• It boasts the highest smoke-free processing capacity among all currently available torches, achieving 100% smoke-free emissions for most applications

• Hierarchical design can achieve excellent start-stop performance and operational flexibility

• Only a very small amount of steam or air is required to achieve smokeless emissions

• Compared to the elevated flare, the noise level is significantly reduced, minimizing the damage to the surrounding environment

• No large crane is required for installation or maintenance

• Most maintenance projects can be carried out without shutting down the flare system, extending the operational cycle of upstream devices, and maximizing production capacity

• The Flare Tip has a long lifespan, and throughout the design lifespan of the entire device, neither the single torch head nor most of the other accessories require replacement
