The 1 million tons/year waste oil to biomass energy conversion project of Lianyungang Jiaao New Energy Co., Ltd. serves as a demonstration project for domestic biojet fuel projects. The main products are biojet fuel and other biomass new energy. Biojet fuel, a sustainable aviation new energy fuel made from waste oil, is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by one million tons after its commissioning. Jiaao Environmental Protection is a leading enterprise in this industry. After the Lianyungang project is put into operation, SAF biofuel production capacity will occupy an important strategic position in the aviation customer market.
Given the large design processing capacity and heavy components of the flare gas in this project, the flare system adopts a "side-burning" enclosed ground flare solution. This solution is developed for the world's most advanced large-emission ground enclosed flares, enabling stable aerobic combustion of the emitted gases. Auxiliary steam smoke elimination measures facilitate complete combustion, thereby converting flammable and harmful substances into non-flammable and harmless substances as much as possible. The operation consumption of utilities such as gas and steam is minimized, achieving environmental protection and energy conservation goals simultaneously.
The project adopts a modular construction design, with the main body of the equipment being deeply prefabricated in the factory, resulting in a short on-site installation period. Compared to traditional cylindrical ground flare structures, it saves half of the construction time, and the equipment has good anti-corrosion effect and aesthetic appearance. It has been well received by customers.
