Ground flare unit of 200,000 tons/year maleic anhydride plant and supporting engineering project

(EPC) This project is based on the technical requirements of the 200,000 tons/ye

(EPC) This project is based on the technical requirements of the 200,000 tons/year maleic anhydride plant and supporting ground flare project of Ruilai New Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd. It requires a supporting enclosed ground flare facility to handle the tail gas emitted during the production process of the project, ensuring timely, safe, and reliable venting and combustion of the vent gas generated during plant startup, shutdown, and emergency situations, while also meeting relevant environmental protection requirements.

The design processing capacity of the ground flare facility in this project is 190t/h, utilizing a single combustion tower. The dimensions of all equipment and pipelines within the flare facility are designed based on this processing capacity. This ground flare system must ensure that the production unit can discharge and burn safely, reliably, and promptly in the steel tower during normal operation and emergency emissions, while meeting the relevant current national standards and environmental protection requirements. During combustion, there should be no external open flames and low thermal radiation, especially to ensure that it meets the requirements for fire separation distances in relevant fire prevention regulations.
