Inspection and Maintenance of Elevated Flare Unit Shenghong Refining & Chemical (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd.

Starting from November 2025, the elevated flare unit of Shenghong Refining & Chemical (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd. has fully entered the inspection and maintenance phase.Up to now, the inspection and maintenance of 3 sets of flares have been successfully completed, and the flares have been ignited and put into use smoothly.It is planned to finish the overhaul of 6 sets of flares by May 2026.The flare overhaul is carried out one by one by using the flare self-dismantling system, without affecting the continuous operation of the plant during maintenance.

As a benchmark enterprise in China’s private refining industry, Shenghong Refining & Chemical has built a raw material platform featuring oil, coal and gas, and formed a complete industrial chain from basic refining products to high-end new energy and new materials.

The flare system has been in good operation since it was commissioned in 2022.This planned overhaul mainly addresses issues such as damage and deformation of the steam ring pipe and sound attenuation hood on the Flare Tips, replacement of some Pilots, and replacement of thermocouples.

Our company has extensive design experience and a proven track record in the field of detachable elevated flares.We are equipped with professional after-sales engineers and a construction team with rich maintenance experience, and can provide full-process services ranging from scheme fomulation, on-site construction to commissioning and operation.Our factory keeps a permanent stock of common wearing parts for flares, Pilots, igniters and other spare parts.During project implementation, we will minimize the construction period and the impact on continuous plant operation, ensure efficient and orderly progress of overhaul work, and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent stable operation of the flare system.
